Wheelchair accessible van son

i am trying to buy a wheelchair accessible van for my son who has a brain injury.  He has no use of his arms and legs. The cost of the van is $62,000. His insurance will pay for the conversion portion of the van which is $34,000. We need to raise $28,000. We currently get him around in our truck. We have a hover lift and a sling which we lift him out of his wheelchair and pull him into the truck and back out when we get him to therapy and doctor apps. I am 62 years old and my wife is 60 years old and it is becoming too much for us at our age. This van would be a godsend for us. I am retired after 7 heart attacks and my wife works 2 days a week. Care for our son is around the clock. This van would take such a burden off of our backs. We have been transporting him this way a little over 3 years now and we are just running out of steam.
