I am a widow raising two kids. I have been ill and had surgeries for the past several months. I have been on FMLA and in desperate need of paying household bills. Rent, utilities, car are all late.

I will use the funds to pay my rent, medical bills, utilities, food and my car payment. I have been sick since December, but, still trying to keep my head above water alone and raise my kids. Since I have been off work, no money is coming in. I am in desperate need of assistance so I don't lose my home.
