One Breath One LIFE+

After operating in healthcare for twenty-seven years I wanted to create a way to raise awareness within the community. I wanted to let the community know that they too have the capacity to save a life instead of waiting on emergency personnel to arrive and risk losing a family member simply by not knowing how to give a simple breath. We all have a breath to give and save a life. We just need to be informed and trained on how to be that lifesaver and all it takes is a simple breath. It's another way we can operate together by raising awareness of the signs of an emergency and immediately taking action because the action to be taken is known.  I decided to become a Certified CPR Instructor. CPR is not exclusive to the medical profession and those in it. We all are a Breath a Life which can Save a Life. Wouldn't you want someone to know how to save yours ?
