A Time to Ask For Help: Fighting Cancer Needing a Miracle

Makaio is officially in remission! As of yesterday, July 9, 2025 his new PET Scan came back clear: a miracle was the exact words of his doctor! God is good! He has now been cleared for his bone marrow transplant in Seattle. We are currently in the process of talking to the doctors and surgeons at Seattle Children's Hospital to arrange moving him and I to Seattle for 6 entire months so he can have this intensive procedure including more chemotherapy, an entire course of radiation to ablate his system, and also multiple hospitalizations. Your donations are so greatly appreciated as we continue to face the financial burdens that continue to come with facing this move and the 6 month of work I will have to take off in order to be there for my son.
