Hailey- About a month ago, Kyra and I had our first mini majorette camp. It was so much fun getting to know and teaching those little girls. Kyra got to choreograph a routine for the older beginners and I got to help teach the little beginners! I enjoyed teaching them their first twirls and routine. It was a very fun and successful fundraiser. We also got a few sponsors and our practice uniforms that week too. Soon we'll get our jazz shoes, gym bag, tights, sweatsuit, pep-rally uniform with accessories and boots. Our halftime uniforms are ready and will be here soon! Kyra and I can't wait to try them on :-)Thank you to our supporters. We are still fundraising and need your help. Our newest fundraiser are the Marco's pizza cards we selling for $10. They only work at the Auburn Marco's so if you're in town or coming for football season, that will work great. You by one large and get a second medium FREE(so you'll get your money back ASAP) and can use it 20 times until December 2014. If you want one or two or three cards, call/text/or message our Moms.

Hailey- Kyra and I are almost finished with our Maestro fundraiser and we so appreciate everyone that has supported us thus far! This fundraiser reminded me of when I was selling Girl's Scout cookies with all of the organizing and delivering my mom and I did. Since it was a fundraiser that all the majorettes did, the orders came to the school and we got checked out. It was a crazy day of my mom and I running around town with a giant cooler in the backseat. We raised a lot of money with that, but there are still things that aren't paid for yet. We need all the help that we can get. I want to thank all the donors and my first sponser, America's Mattress by Johnny Brusco's!

Hailey- Kyra and I want to thank all of the people who've supported us and hope that we get even more support. We've already started practices in which we learned many new twirls and our fight song, standing & marching. In our spare time, all of us have come up with some practice shirt ideas that we're collaborating now. Kyra and I also had our band trip to Universal Studios on from Thursday-Saturday that we had a blast on. Of course we rode all the big, super fast roller coasters. One of which went straight up and straight down. After sleeping on the bus for about 5 hours, we got back home at 1:00 last night. Thanks again to our donors and future donors!

Hailey- On Sunday Kyra and I had our first majorette uniform fitting! All the new majorettes had a road trip to a little town past Birmingham. We had a great time getting to know each other at the Cheesecake Factory in the Summit. Then we drove to the lady's house/studio. It only took 10 minutes for her to measure the 4 of us out of the entire 9 hour journey! On the way back, we had fun singing to the radio and enjoying each other's company. We appreciate everyone's support and help to get us closer to our goal!

Hailey and I are so excited to finally become majorettes! We have been working hard on selling candy and cookies. 3 days ago we sold at our little brothers soccer tournament and it was a success. On top of that, we are also doing a fundraiser by selling cookie dough and pizza and cheesecake through a fundraising organization. All the majorettes are doing this!
Today we were fortunate enough to receive an amazing donation by Mr. Blake, one of our little brother's soccer teammate's dad. He works for M&M and gets ALOT of M&M's for a discount. He gave us 4 boxes of M&M's minis! (the ones that come in the tubes). That is 576 M&M minis!! We are working hard on selling and making money to pay for the (very) expensive uniforms and shoes and batons and tank tops and more!

Hailey- My first few days of being a majorette have been great. So many people have reached out to congratulate me, and it takes me a few seconds to figure out what for. I don't think this will sink in for a while, this is literally a dream come true. I want to thank all the people who've supported me in all my school and church activities.
