The swim is all set to begin this Friday 6:30am PST. I should have more details in a day or two. If I make the swim I ask that you consider doubling your donation to this campaign (or paying it forward to another of your choice. If so, please just let me know!) If I don't make it, I will be donating the cost of all the training and materials (about $1,000) to this fundraiser. Wish me all the best!

Big news! A (new) friend has offered to join me for my attempt. They have more experience swimming and I'd love the company so the solo has become a duo.

Because of the recent addition the swim is being pushed to May 13th. Between their schedule and the tides this is the next best time. All the funds raised in the next week will be deposited as soon as the fundraiser ends. No reason to wait to get this money out.
