On 8th of January, my life changed forever when a devastating fire swept through my home in Los Angeles, California. In the blink of an eye, I lost everything my belongings, my home, my dog, and the sense of security that once grounded me. The fire reduced years of hard work and cherished memories to ashes, leaving me with nothing but the clothes on my back and the hope to rebuild.
As I try to pick up the pieces, I am reaching out to kind-hearted people like you for support. The funds raised through this will help me and my family with the following:
1. Food, clothing, and temporary shelter.
2. Rebuilding or finding a new place to call home.
3. Replacing household items, furniture, and daily necessities.
4. Accessing counseling services to heal from the trauma more so with my husband who is sickling.
