There will be prizes to be awarded at Pitch for Cancer Research corn hole tournament. From Pedal the Cause: 2 PtC backpacks, 1 PtC carrying bag, 1 PtC men's sports curt raglan jersey (3XL). From Schlafly Brewery: T-shirt (large), VIP Brewery Tour and Tasting Pass ($200 value, voucher is good for up to 10 people). From Ballpark Village: 1 12-ounce Ballpark Village glass. From St. Louis Cardinals: 4 "Here's to Baseball glasses, 1 miniature St. Louis Cardinal helmet, 1 Bob Gibson Hall of Fame miniature statue. From Highland (IL) Walmart: 2 St. Louis Cardinals officially licensed team elite quad chairs (valued at $80). More prizes are being accumulated for the big day!!

Good news. On August 21, the Summerfield Lions Club will hold a fish fry. Therefore, participants in the Pitch for Cancer Research corn hole tournament can enjoy a nice meal right across the road. Beer is also available -- and what is a corn hole tournament without beer? Available brands -- all in cans, not bottles -- include Bud Light, Bud, Busch, Busch Light, Bud Select, and more. Price is $2.50 a can.
