Purchase a Computer for employment

I awaiting funds to buy the computer I need.
On top of that, also I need this AGPtek Call Center Phone and phone service. This one has the headset that covers both ears.
For phone service, It's either MagicJack or Cox, the cable company that provides internet. Cox should be most reliable.
However when power is cut off, everything is off. An UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) will allow me to finish a call and turn off the computer during a power failure.
